Accountabilities: In this role, you will be responsible for expanding the organization's presence in the HOA and property management sectors while delivering tailored financial solutions and exceptional client support. Your key responsibilities will include: Drive sales growth by understanding the specific needs of HOAs and property management companies and cross-selling relevant deposit and treasury management products and services. Proactively generate new business through cold calling, warm leads, referrals, and targeted market research. Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand client relationships and increase revenue. Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate, real-time updates through CRM tools. Prepare customized sales proposals, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and recommend pricing strategies that support client needs and business margins. Provide consultative support to prospective and existing clients before and after the sale. Respond to inbound inquiries and deliver training and assistance related to deposit accounts, treasury management, and online banking solutions. Build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and management through professional communication and effective teamwork. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, industry practices, and relevant market developments. Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal banking regulations, internal policies, and operational standards. Consistently uphold high standards of professionalism, work quality, attendance, and service delivery. Requirements The ideal candidate brings substantial experience in banking sales, treasury management, and client relationship development, along with the ability to work independently and solve complex business challenges. The following qualifications are expected: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in deposit and treasury management sales or a related area. An equivalent combination of education and professional experience may also be considered. Strong understanding of state and federal banking regulations, operational policies, and financial products and services. Experience using CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to understand client needs and develop tailored financial solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to address complex situations that do not follow standardized procedures. Proven business development capabilities, including prospecting, lead generation, relationship building, and cross-selling. Self-motivation and the ability to manage priorities and work independently while contributing effectively to a team. Benefits Competitive salary of up to $155,000. Full benefits package.
