Strong knowledge of financial crime risks, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and sanctions-related activities. University degree or equivalent academic background is preferred. Professional AML certifications, such as Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) or Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP), are considered an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear investigative reports and communicate findings effectively. Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and decision-making abilities, particularly when assessing complex or ambiguous cases. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to identify inconsistencies, suspicious patterns, and potential compliance risks.
