Responsibilities: Attend to and oversee to a team of administrators ensuring quality control and risk oversight of trust structures, records, legislation regulatory requirements and internal governance standards, which includes:Trust administration tasks on behalf of trustees in offshore jurisdictionsCultivate and manage professional relationship with offshore trustees,Delivering exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions. Provides administration, compliance review and operational support to the trustees to enable them to manage the trust in the foreign jurisdictionAccurately managing client records and documentsPreparing trustee resolutions, minutes and other trust related documents per instruction from the trusteeCo-ordinating trust related distributions, loan repayments, fees and similar per instruction from the trusteeAssisting with preparing and collating documents and information relating to opening, maintenance and review of trust bank accounts and investment accounts per instruction from the trusteeSupporting compliance with relevant foreign trust legislation, regulatory requirements and fiduciary obligationsAssisting with client due diligence and ongoing monitoring requirements in line with AML standardsMonitoring and tracking statutory filing deadlines and reporting obligations in the foreign jurisdictionLiaising with compliance teams, external fiduciary service providers and other relevant parties where requiredAssisting with gathering information and documents required for regulatory, legislative and internal requirementsPreparing correspondence for review by trusteeSupporting the trustee with proper governance, record-keeping and audit readinessIdentifying and escalate administrative, compliance or operational risks to the trusteeEnsuring adherence to internal policies pocedures and service level standardsKnowledge on relevant offshore jurisdiction trust legislation, relating to trust administration and compliance Qualifications: 5 yrs + trust administration experience, with a Fiduciary industry related or Legal qualification You will have access to: Opportunities to network and collaborate A challenging and dynamic working environment Gain experience of offshore trust administrationOpportunities to establish a new team and develop new processes to support trustees in offshore jurisdictions We can be a match if you are: An experienced trust administratorTechnical understanding of offshore trusts administration including onboarding, terminations and POEMHave exceptional organizational skills Have good accounting skills Provide fantastic client service Adaptable and curious Able to analyse complex data sets Thrive in collaborative Are you interested to take the step?
