About this role
To lead and drive the optimised allocation and management of financial resources within risk appetite for all Africa Regions banking entities to support growth and returns for the benefit of all shareholders whilst ensuring appropriate outcomes are achieved across all strategic value drivers. Monitor all TCM process activities to ensure compliance to the Finance & Value Management toolbox, policies, procedures and minimum standards, country-specific regulations and international best practices. Type of Qualification: Post Graduate Degree Field of Study: Finance and Accounting Licenses & Certifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience Required Treasury Capital Management Finance & Value Management 3-4 years Knowledge of, and experience in, market risk, credit risk, liquidity risk or other risk disciplines, including understanding of developed and developing financial markets with specific focus and experience in Sub-Saharan Africa markets. 8-10 years The role requires a seasoned incumbent with deep specialist liquidity and capital experience gained from a large complex bank, dealing with exposure in both wholesale and retail sectors, is non-negotiable. Able to identify and quantify material liquidity and capital risks arising from the business model and strategy. Able to interact at a senior level with key industry, regulator & Group staff on technical aspects relating to liquidity and capital risk.
