Our goal: create the world’s first swarm-based, airborne counter-drone system.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>🎯</strong><strong> How you will make an impact:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="21" data-end="121"> <p data-start="23" data-end="121">Support the end-to-end recruiting process for technical and non-technical roles</p> </li> <li data-start="122" data-end="235"> <p data-start="124" data-end="235">Proactively identify and engage candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter Active Search</p> </li> <li data-start="236" data-end="325"> <p data-start="238" data-end="325">Draft, publish, and continuously optimize job postings for performance and visibility</p> </li> <li data-start="326" data-end="399"> <p data-start="328" data-end="399">Conduct CV screening</p> </li> <li data-start="326" data-end="399"> <p data-start="328" data-end="399">Coordinate interviews and act as a reliable point of contact for candidates throughout the process</p> </li> <li data-start="400" data-end="477"> <p data-start="402" data-end="477">Maintain accurate candidate data and hiring pipelines in Greenhouse (ATS)</p> </li> <li data-start="581" data-end="657"> <p data-start="583" data-end="657">Support recruiting-related projects, reporting, and process improvement</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>✅</strong><strong> What you need to be successful:</strong></p> <ul> <li data-start="676" data-end="759"> <p data-start="678" data-end="759">Enrolled university student (business, psychology, HR, or a related field)</p> </li> <li data-start="760" data-end="837"> <p data-start="762" data-end="837"><strong>Initial hands-on experience in HR, recruiting or talent acquisition is required</strong></p> </li> <li data-start="838" data-end="928"> <p data-start="840" data-end="928">Practical experience with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn is highly preferred</p> </li> <li data-start="929" data-end="1014"> <p data-start="931" data-end="1014">Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system is a plus</p> </li> <li data-start="1015" data-end="1068"> <p data-start="1017" data-end="1068">Fluent in German and English</p> </li> <li data-start="1217" data-end="1311" data-is-last-node=""> <p data-start="1219" data-end="1311" data-is-last-node="">Interest in technology-driven environments; prior exposure to tech or defense tech is a plus</p> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>At Alpine Eagle, you're not just taking a job - you're joining a mission.</strong></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> Find Jobs in Germany on Arbeitnow
