This includes requirements gathering, stakeholder management, backlog maintenance, analysis, UAT, and project management. Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, financial reporting, planning platforms, and EPM (enterprise performance management) tools, along with a strong finance background, will be highly advantageous.This role will help us innovate, automate, enhance, and simplify our processes — giving users faster, more accurate results, so the business can make faster, better-informed decisions, to stay ahead of the game.What you’ll doYou’ll take ownership of work that gives us our competitive edge, including:Have knowledge of and be able to:Test and deploy multidimensional cubes.Design user interfaces for capturing data; knowledge of PAW reports.Post-deployment support and maintenance.User & Permission Management.Monitor Server Performance.User Training.Continually search for new and useful ways to obtain, integrate, analyse and visualise data that is relevant to the company's business model, leveraging platforms such as IBM Planning Analytics, Microsoft Fabric and other reporting technologies where appropriate.Apply your finance knowledge and business understanding to forecast planning, reporting and decision-making processes.Find ways to continuously improve processes within current systems, taking a proactive rather than reactive approach.Troubleshoot and solve problematic and complex user queries alongside TM1 and BI developers.Translate business and client requests into technical requirements, creating comprehensive project roadmaps and ensuring delivery as effectively and efficiently as possible.Gather, analyse, document and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows and supporting documentation.Be involved in defining development best practices and applying them across the wider team.Support end users with the IBM Planning Analytics (TM1, PAX, PAW) system and related reporting solutions.Stakeholder management, including:Acting as the primary point of contact for the TM1 application.Collaborating with business and technology stakeholders.Gathering and defining business requirements.Backlog management.Assist with product, system, process and business continuity documentation to support users and future enhancements.Work with the Scrum Team and PO Manager to deliver key milestones, including managing and prioritising the story backlog to ensure delivered work meets expectations.Support and contribute to the evolution of the organisation's reporting and analytics landscape, including exposure to Microsoft Fabric and similar financial reporting and planning platforms.Provide regular updates to stakeholders on strategy, successes, learnings and progress against the product vision.Maintain overall ownership of the product backlog, keeping Business and Technology Teams informed of work delivered.This list covers your core responsibilities – with plenty of room to stretch, explore and take on new challenges as we grow.What you’ll bringYou’re someone who brings:Clear, confident communication (written and verbal), and the ability to breakdown complex ideasA collaborative mindset, working smoothly with cross‑functional teams to hit shared goalsStrong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects without dropping the ballExceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high‑quality workAdaptability – you stay sharp, productive and positive in fast‑moving environmentsAt least 1 or more years of IBM Planning Analytics (TM1) consulting experienceMinimum 3 year working experience in a Technology or Finance environment.Relevant Degree or DiplomaStakeholder ManagementUnderstands software development methodologiesDesirable skills you’ve got up your sleeveIt would be great if you also have some the following skills:In-depth knowledge of sports betting markets, including odds calculation, betting types and market trendsPrevious experience in the online gaming or casino industry, with a strong understanding of player behaviour and industry regulationsFamiliarity with gambling regulations and compliance requirements in various jurisdictions, ensuring adherence to legal standardsExperience in developing and executing customer retention strategiesUnderstanding of the fundamentals of financial accountingProven experience managing projects.Experience with Microsoft Fabric.SQL KnowledgePython knowledgeExperience solving complex problems using data analysisPrevious experience in stakeholder managementWillingness to learn a new software toolProduct Owner experienceOur values are non-negotiablesOur culture is underpinned by core values that are linked to key behavioural competencies.
