Accountabilities:: Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions by listening carefully, understanding requirements, troubleshooting technical issues, and recommending appropriate solutions. Guide customers through their initial online business needs by identifying relevant products and services, from domains and websites to other digital business solutions. Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of available products, services, pricing, promotions, and customer value propositions. Conduct consultative conversations that build rapport, establish trust, uncover customer needs, and confidently recommend solutions. Balance customer satisfaction and service quality with individual sales objectives, productivity expectations, and earning goals. Respond to technical questions and customer requests across multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat. Meet performance metrics that may include availability, customer satisfaction or Net Promoter Score, daily sales, and other operational targets. Adapt to changing customer demand by supporting outbound sales activities when required. Maintain accurate and effective customer interactions while identifying opportunities to increase product adoption and business value. Requirements High school diploma, GED, or equivalent professional experience. At least 2 years of sales experience with a demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. At least 2 years of experience working in a commission-, bonus-, or metrics-driven environment. Strong communication, active listening, relationship-building, and consultative selling skills. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, understand technical questions, and explain solutions clearly to a broad range of customers. Strong motivation to achieve individual performance and sales targets while maintaining a customer-focused approach. Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment where priorities and customer needs can change quickly. Solid technical aptitude, particularly with internet, email, hosting technology, online business environments, and productivity tools such as Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, is advantageous. Experience owning or operating a small or midsize business is a plus. Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and maintaining stable connectivity suitable for voice-based customer interactions. Ability to work schedules that may include nights, weekends, holidays, or at least one weekend day per week. A smartphone or compatible smart device capable of installing required applications and receiving SMS messages is required for remote access and communications. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and meet the applicable location requirements for the role. Benefits Starting hourly rate of $17 per hour, equivalent to an annualized full-time rate of $35,360. Variable incentive compensation with employees achieving 100% of target or more historically earning approximately $50,000–$60,000 annually, including variable compensation.
