Accountabilities:: Own the day-to-day management and execution of the Speech Therapy program, ensuring deliverables, milestones, timelines, and service expectations are achieved. Translate program strategy and clinical direction into tactical plans, initiatives, and workstreams that drive continued innovation and improvement. Own and maintain the program's rolling 18-month roadmap and ensure alignment across relevant teams. Coordinate cross-functional execution with clinical strategy, operations, analytics, client success, finance, and other enabling functions. Ensure consistent program-management practices and adherence to internal service-level agreements. Track key performance indicators, including clinical accuracy, approval and denial trends, turnaround time, savings, and quality measures. Partner with Business Analysts and Analytics teams to collect, interpret, and present data-driven insights. Monitor program dashboards, validate reporting integrity, and provide context for root-cause analysis. Conduct regular performance reviews, identify risks and blockers, and escalate issues to senior clinical leadership when appropriate. Identify operational, clinical, and technology gaps and develop opportunities for continuous improvement. Collaborate on data-informed solutions, program playbooks, operational guides, and process enhancements. Serve as the primary operational point of contact for the assigned program and facilitate clear communication across stakeholders. Support client-facing meetings, presentations, program materials, and external program reviews such as quarterly business reviews. Engage directly with clients when needed to address detailed clinical program requirements in partnership with client success teams. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Public Health, or a related field. Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or a related discipline is preferred. Active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) licensure with an ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is strongly preferred. 7+ years of combined clinical practice and program or project management experience, preferably within utilization management or healthcare technology. Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes. Experience partnering with analytics or data teams and using performance information to support business and clinical decisions. Strong organizational and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate findings effectively to diverse stakeholders. Collaborative, proactive, adaptable approach and comfort operating within a matrixed organization. Familiarity with healthcare regulations, payer operations, utilization management, and value-based care models is preferred. Strong stakeholder-management, problem-solving, prioritization, and program leadership capabilities. Benefits Annual base salary of $135,000–$150,000, with total compensation also including benefits and a bonus opportunity. Fully remote work opportunity within the United States.
