Accountabilities:: Align Enterprise Accounts and Pelvic Health priorities with broader organizational strategy and commercial objectives. Lead ASC strategy, strategic contracting, robotics-focused initiatives, and related execution in partnership with enterprise and commercial leadership. Establish strategic direction for house accounts and large national IDN/LUGPA accounts, ensuring clear ownership, coordination, and execution across internal teams. Lead and develop Regional Strategic Accounts leaders, providing strategic direction, coaching, performance leadership, and alignment around account priorities. Develop portfolio account strategies by translating business priorities, customer needs, market dynamics, and financial objectives into actionable strategic plans. Orchestrate complex deals involving Strategic Accounts, Enterprise Accounts, district leadership, contracting, finance, and executive decision-makers. Own executive relationship management for priority accounts, maintaining strong engagement, clear value articulation, and alignment with senior internal and external stakeholders. Develop scalable sales enablement tools, messaging, playbooks, and activation plans that improve strategic account execution across districts. Provide pipeline and opportunity oversight, increasing visibility into high-value opportunities, prioritizing resources, removing barriers, and supporting disciplined execution. Lead the development, launch, and scaling of strategic programs that support growth priorities and measurable commercial outcomes. Apply strong financial acumen to margin strategy, capital expense considerations, account targeting, outpatient market planning, and broader financial planning. Partner with business leaders, HR, and functional stakeholders to align sales priorities with organizational needs. Collaborate with internal partners to shape the content, structure, and delivery of training and development programs. Evaluate current sales initiatives and recommend improvements that increase effectiveness, scalability, and business impact. Establish and monitor success measures for strategic sales programs and use data to inform decisions. Maintain communication and alignment across key stakeholders to support smooth execution of strategic initiatives. Requirements Bachelor’s degree with at least 15 years of relevant sales experience, or an advanced degree with at least 13 years of relevant sales experience. 10+ years of managerial experience, including leadership of senior commercial or strategic account professionals. Demonstrated experience working with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) and complex healthcare account environments. Proven experience leading large-scale programs or strategic initiatives across multiple functions and stakeholders. Ability to manage significant scope and complexity within a highly matrixed organization. Extensive experience working with senior internal and external customers and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders. Strong commercial and strategic account leadership capabilities, including experience with complex deal structures and enterprise-level opportunities. Experience in healthcare, medical technology, or a similarly complex and highly matrixed industry is preferred. Background leading field-based commercial teams or distributed business groups is advantageous. Experience developing change initiatives or building new programs and capabilities from the ground up. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use business and financial data to develop recommendations and guide strategy. Broad financial acumen, including experience with margin strategy, capital expenditure planning, account targeting, outpatient business models, and financial planning. Strong executive presence, communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to translate customer needs, market dynamics, and organizational priorities into clear strategic plans and measurable outcomes. Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50%. Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance policy. For bachelor’s degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must satisfy applicable U.S. regulatory requirements under 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A). Candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is not available for this role. Benefits Base salary: $200,000 USD.
