A creative, quality-focused approach to solving challenging design problems and developing engaging user experiences. Experience writing creative briefs that clearly communicate project goals, rationale, and success metrics. Proficiency in qualitative research, quantitative analysis, experimentation, and user testing. Ability to turn loosely defined challenges into actionable solutions supported by measurable objectives. Familiarity with integrating agentic AI solutions into everyday design and project management workflows. Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, combined with initiative and sound judgment. Experience contributing to product prioritization, strategy, and user research throughout the product development lifecycle. Willingness to guide and support other designers while promoting consistent quality and strong design practices. Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule while maintaining an average commitment of approximately 40 hours per week. Willingness to attend video meetings with cameras on and participate in approximately two company gatherings annually, including an all-hands meetup and a team retreat, each lasting around four to five days.
