We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - QA/QC Manager to join a large infrastructure project. In this role, you will oversee all quality assurance and quality control functions for our infrastructure operations, ensuring that all projects, processes, and deliverables meet the highest standards of excellence. You will lead a team of QA/QC professionals, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain compliance with industry regulations and organizational standards.Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive QA/QC policies, procedures, and protocols for infrastructure projectsLead and mentor a team of QA/QC specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedbackConduct thorough inspections, audits, and testing of infrastructure components to ensure compliance with specifications and standardsAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvementPrepare detailed quality reports and documentation for stakeholder review and regulatory complianceCollaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to establish quality benchmarks and acceptance criteriaImplement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues and prevent recurrenceManage vendor and supplier quality assessments to ensure consistent delivery of materials and servicesOptimize QA/QC processes to enhance efficiency while maintaining rigorous quality standardsStay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements in infrastructure quality managementCoordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless integration of quality standards across all operational phases Minimum 20 years of professional experience in QA/QC management, preferably in infrastructure or construction sectorsProven expertise in quality assurance methodologies, standards, and best practicesStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and metricsDemonstrated experience in process improvement, optimization, and continuous enhancement initiativesProficiency in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) implementationExcellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesKnowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and compliance requirementsProficiency in quality management systems and documentation practicesExperience with testing protocols, inspection procedures, and quality control toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to prepare comprehensive reportsPreferred: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or similar quality management certificationsPreferred: Six Sigma, Lean, or other process improvement methodologiesPreferred: Experience with quality management software and data analysis toolsPreferred: Budget management and vendor management experience At AECOM, we are committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy recruitment process and take any fraudulent hiring activity seriously.
