Strong technical and advanced analytics capabilities, with the ability to work with complex data and produce reliable, high-quality analysis. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect analytical findings to product strategy and organizational priorities. Experience translating data into clear, actionable insights for business stakeholders and senior leadership. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain analytical findings and recommendations to audiences with varying levels of technical expertise. High level of motivation, initiative, and attention to detail. Proven ability to make an impact quickly by combining technical expertise with sound business judgment. Benefits: Starting annual pay range: $145,000–$170,000 USD. Work arrangement: Fully remote within the United States.
