Build trusted relationships with OEM decision-makers, marketing stakeholders, and agency partners, supporting long-term retention and account growth. Lead joint business planning discussions and quarterly business reviews, presenting marketplace insights, campaign results, and strategic recommendations aligned with client objectives. Guide enterprise advertisers and complex agency relationships through full-funnel digital media activation, acting as a consultative project manager throughout the process. Collaborate with Account Executives to develop media plans and prepare responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), including recommendations on packaging, pricing, placements, and targeting. Participate in pipeline and campaign pacing reviews, monitoring delivery against objectives and coordinating upcoming launches. Partner with Ad Operations and internal media teams to manage campaign implementation, tracking setup, pixel strategies, order management, and technical troubleshooting. Monitor and optimize campaign performance against key metrics, including cost per acquisition (CPA), click-through rate (CTR), cost per landing page view (cLPV), viewability, and view-through rates. Present performance insights and actionable recommendations to clients, identifying opportunities to improve results and unlock additional advertising budgets. Prepare comprehensive campaign wrap-up reports and communicate performance findings through clear, compelling data-driven narratives. Manage campaign escalations, identify root causes, and contribute to long-term solutions that prevent recurring issues. Coordinate with Finance on monthly billing, contract validation, invoicing, and accurate revenue recognition. Requirements: At least 3 years of progressive experience in client-facing digital account management, sales planning support, or a similar role within digital media, adtech, or advertising agencies. Strong understanding of digital media sales, agency structures, and the strategy, planning, investment, and activation processes. Knowledge of digital advertising buying models and marketplaces, including Direct Insertion Orders (Direct IO), Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplaces (PMP), and biddable environments. Working knowledge of CRM and sales operations systems, including Salesforce, order management systems (OMS), ad servers, and Google Ad Manager. Familiarity with advertising research, identity solutions, and measurement or verification platforms such as Nielsen, Comscore, Moat, Integral Ad Science, DoubleVerify, and Kantar is a strong asset. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex campaign data into clear and meaningful insights for clients and stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, project management, organization, and multitasking capabilities. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and campaigns while balancing priorities, deadlines, and performance objectives. Experience working with specialized automotive, heavy equipment, powersports, marine, or recreational vehicle industries is highly desirable. A collaborative, proactive, and client-oriented approach, with the ability to work effectively across sales, operations, and media teams. Benefits: Expected on-target earnings (base salary plus commission) of CAD 115,000–134,000. Up to 31 days of paid time off during the first year. Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage. Retirement savings plan with employer matching. Wellness program supporting employee health and well-being. Access to LinkedIn Learning and continuing education opportunities.
