The role provides strategic direction, commercial leadership, and operational oversight to ensure the achievement of sales, profitability, and customer experience targets.This role leads a team of Area Managers and Store Managers, ensuring alignment to company strategy, consistent execution of brand standards, and delivery of operational excellence across the region.
