Accountabilities: Lead multiple GPS and telematics implementation projects from initiation through successful go-live, coordinating activities, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, action items, change requests, and status reports. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the implementation lifecycle, providing clear communication and proactive issue management. Gather, document, and translate customer business requirements into appropriate software configurations and implementation plans. Coordinate GPS hardware installation, device activation, deployment logistics, and activities involving technicians, dealers, and installation partners. Deliver hardware installation training covering wiring standards, troubleshooting procedures, deployment practices, and related technical requirements. Conduct administrator and end-user training sessions to support adoption and effective use of the implemented solution. Troubleshoot GPS and telematics hardware, connectivity issues, sensor integrations, and other deployment-related challenges. Analyze customer workflows and operational challenges to identify opportunities for product enhancements and process improvements. Develop detailed feature requests, business requirements, and use cases for Product Management and Engineering teams based on customer needs. Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, executive updates, and implementation checkpoints. Manage project risks, escalations, issues, and scope changes while maintaining alignment with customer expectations. Support pilot deployments, large-scale rollouts, and post-implementation optimization initiatives. Maintain accurate project documentation, installation standards, training resources, and implementation best practices. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within agreed scope, and against defined customer satisfaction objectives. Requirements Demonstrated experience in project management, software implementation, customer success, technical deployment, or a related field. Experience managing projects through multiple phases, ideally from requirements gathering and planning through deployment and go-live. Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences. Experience gathering business requirements and translating operational needs into practical technology configurations or solutions. Familiarity with GPS, telematics, fleet technology, connected devices, hardware deployment, or software implementation is an asset. Ability to troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, sensors, integrations, and other technology deployment issues. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, priorities, risks, and deadlines. Experience delivering customer or technical training and creating clear documentation or enablement materials. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the curiosity to understand customer processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Ability to create structured feature requests, use cases, and business requirements for Product Management or Engineering teams. Comfortable facilitating project meetings, stakeholder reviews, and executive-level status updates. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate project records and implementation standards. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across distributed teams. A proactive, customer-focused mindset and willingness to work in a dynamic, entrepreneurial technology environment. Willingness to travel when required for customer implementations, installations, training, or other project activities.
