The Professional Services Delivery Manager supports the organization by managing a team of consultants. Creating and executing of efficient personnel management plans is the primary responsibility for the Delivery Manager. Assist in improving existing project delivery processes and procedures, maintaining a high-level of customer satisfaction, improve technical and soft skill training for the consultants and help in hiring new candidates. This position focuses on finding and implementing practical ways to enhance our service offering. Manage the team to delivery projects with a high level of expertise, in a timely manner, providing the highest value for our customers, and maintaining good communication throughout the delivery process.Create and execute efficient personnel management plansKeep consultants utilization at a high level to meet annual objectivesImprove the skills of our Professional Services consultantsMaintain and increase the technical certification of the consultants on the teamMaintaining a good relationship with all customersStrive to continuously improve our current service offeringsHelp develop additional service offerings to enhance our valueManage customer escalationsAlways strive to improve the project delivery process and reporting structureHave 1:1 meetings with your consultantsIdentify challenges, current and future needs with skills, promotion, and role changesBe a key player by sharing your opinion and thoughts on management discussionsBe proactive and innovativeHelp with consultant recruitment and hiring Experience in managing a team of technical consultants or engineersStrong customer service, project management, and quality control skillsGood resource planning skillsExcellent leadership and customer service skillsStrong teamwork skills and attention to detailsExperience with Check Point products is preferredBachelor’s degree is a plusGood experience using standard business applications and softwareAbility to manage conflicts and have better decision-making skillsCapacity to train team membersExcellent verbal and communication skillsMust be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship from an employer now or in the future.EOE M/F/Veterans/Disabled All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
