We like to promote from within: Here’s your chance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>This position reports to the Manager of Mr D. </strong></p> <p><strong>Purpose of Role:</strong></p> <p>Support the Partner Success team by assisting with central campaigns aimed at driving partner success on the Mr D platform. Provide insights through reporting on performance and opportunities while maintaining excellent communication with partners and internal teams.</p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate effectively with the Mr D sales and key account management team to drive promotions and catalog related KPIs.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Support promotional objectives through effective communication campaigns to partners.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Identify shortcomings in promotional supply across the various Mr D regions.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Report back on promotional opportunities and successes.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to support account management and marketing teams with troubleshooting promotions and catalog issues.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Take ownership of the various partner-facing guides and training material to ensure they are up to date and effectively distributed.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Create and run reporting showcasing marketplace and platform insights</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with the CRM team to optimise email and communication tools and creatively engage restaurant partners</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills & Attributes required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Attention to detail in a high pressure environment.</li> <li>Ability to identify areas of improvement.</li> <li>Ability to verbalize as well as visualize findings and results.</li> <li>Enterprising spirit and ability to take ownership of tasks.</li> <li>A strong working knowledge of Google sheets and/or Microsoft Excel.</li> <li>A strong interest in e-commerce.</li> <li>Strong team player.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.</li> <li style="font-weight: 400;">1-3 years of relevant experience in an eCommerce marketplace environment, online B2B, or related operational roles</li> </ul> <p><strong>Let’s talk about life @ Mr D</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>The power is in your hands</strong>: We offer a market-related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs.
