About You: The ideal candidate will be:● Experienced in medical or healthcare administration● Highly organised and detail-oriented● A quick learner who can confidently pick up new processes and systems● Comfortable working independently in a remote environment● Proactive and able to spot ways to improve processes● Professional and confident when communicating with patients and external providers● Comfortable working with confidential medical information● Ideally experienced within a mental health or similar healthcare setting● Comfortable communicating over the phone with a clear, professional and easilyunderstood accent Systems: Experience with the following systems would be advantageous:● RingCentral● PracticeQ / IntakeQExperience with other medical practice management or communication platforms will also be considered.
