Think again!</p> <p><strong>Qualifications & Experience Requirements:</strong></p> <p><strong>N6 / NCV in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or related field</strong></p> <p> <strong>The skills we need:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Computer Literacy</li> <li>Strong Attention to Detail</li> <li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li> <li>Time management and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li> <li>MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li> <li>Data interpretation and presentation.</li> <li>Basic understanding of e-commerce or online marketplace platforms (advantageous).</li> <li>Familiarity with Google Sheets and Looker or similar BI tools (advantageous).</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Collaborative</li> <li>Creative Energy</li> <li>Hands on</li> <li>Have an opinion and voice it</li> <li>Strong communication skills</li> <li>Strong problem solving skills</li> </ul> <p> <strong>Key responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support Business Development Admins (BDAs) with day-to-day administrative tasks, seller correspondence, and account management activities.</li> <li>Prepare clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate sales performance, seller metrics, and marketplace insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Collect, analyse, and interpret sales, seller, and marketplace data to support decision-making and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Assist in maintaining seller records, onboarding documentation, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).</li> <li>Monitor seller performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in identifying improvement opportunities and corrective actions.</li> <li>Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Catalogue, and Customer Experience.</li> <li>Support the coordination and administration of promotional activities, deal submissions, and catalogue updates.</li> <li>Participate in problem-solving initiatives by identifying root causes, proposing practical solutions, and supporting implementation.</li> <li>Assist with seller onboarding support, listing quality checks, and ensuring data integrity across marketplace systems.</li> </ul> <p>This is an 18-month contract</p> <p><strong>High Level: </strong></p> <p>At the Takealot Group, our<strong> </strong>Internship Programme will help you build both technical and soft-skills to launch your career, learning from the best in the business.
