Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: 6 months Work set up: Fully Remote, 4 days per week, 8 hours per dayOur client in the IT Services and IT Consulting industry is looking for a Marketing Specialist to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and delivery of digital marketing activity. This upper-end Marketing Specialist role suits someone comfortable working across website management, marketing automation, digital campaigns, SEO, AEO, GEO, and creative content, while taking ownership of day-to-day optimisation and maintenance. The successful candidate will help improve the user journey across the website, maintain a consistent visual identity, support digital campaigns, and ensure marketing platforms and content perform effectively.What you will do:Website & CMS ManagementDevelop and launch new website pages and sections as required.Redevelop and optimise existing pages to improve the overall user journey and conversion.Manage ongoing website maintenance and updates within the CMS.Ensure website content remains accurate, current, consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines.Identify opportunities to improve website usability, engagement, and conversion.Support ongoing optimisation of website structure, content, and functionality.Maintain consistency across the website in terms of design, messaging, and user experience.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on website development and improvements where required.SEO, AEO & GEOSupport ongoing optimisation of website content for SEO, AEO, and GEO.Develop and optimise content to improve organic visibility and discoverability.Identify opportunities for keyword, content, and technical optimisation.Support technical SEO hygiene and ongoing website health.Monitor relevant performance metrics and recommend improvements.Ensure website content is structured and optimised for evolving search and AI-driven discovery.Marketing Automation & HubSpotManage and maintain marketing activity within HubSpot.Build, schedule, publish, and monitor digital marketing campaigns.Support campaign automation, workflows, and audience segmentation.Monitor campaign performance and provide reporting and recommendations.Maintain and optimise marketing databases and campaign activity where required.Support ongoing improvements to marketing automation processes.Digital Campaigns & Social MediaDevelop, build, and publish digital marketing campaigns across relevant channels.Manage the scheduling and publishing of LinkedIn content.Develop engaging content aligned with campaign objectives and target audiences.Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation.Support campaign reporting and provide insights to improve future activity.Creative & Content SupportDevelop and adapt content for digital marketing channels.Provide basic artwork and design support where required.Edit and produce short-form video content for digital and social channels.Create and adapt LinkedIn content and supporting visual assets.Maintain a consistent and professional brand look and feel across all content.Work within Adobe Creative Cloud to create and edit marketing assets. Bring proven experience as a Marketing Specialist, Digital Marketing Specialist, or similar role.Demonstrate strong hands-on experience across digital marketing and website optimisation.Possess essential hands-on experience with HubSpot.Demonstrate strong working knowledge of WordPress or a similar CMS platform.Have experience managing, updating, and developing website content within a CMS.Understand SEO and modern search optimisation, including AEO and GEO.Bring experience developing and managing digital marketing campaigns.Demonstrate experience developing, scheduling, and publishing LinkedIn content.Have experience with marketing automation and campaign reporting.Possess working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, including the ability to undertake basic design and artwork.Bring experience with video editing and digital content creation.Understand website user journeys and conversion optimisation.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.Maintain strong attention to detail, particularly around website content, branding, and consistency.Work independently and manage priorities effectively in a remote environment. Bring proven experience as an SAP HCM Consultant gained across multiple project lifecycles and live support environments.Demonstrate strong SAP Payroll configuration and support experience.Possess strong UK and Canadian payroll experience, including current project experience.Demonstrate detailed knowledge of Canadian federal and provincial tax legislation, payroll compliance, and statutory reporting requirements.Demonstrate working knowledge of UK and Canadian payroll legislation, statutory payments, deductions, and compliance obligations.Possess expertise in writing Payroll PCR schemas.Demonstrate good knowledge of interfaces to third-party vendors.Bring strong functional knowledge across Payroll, Personnel Administration, Time Management, and Country Legal Changes.Demonstrate broader technical awareness of Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration.Work independently while providing reliable and effective customer solutions.Possess very good written and verbal communication skills.Hold a valid UK Passport.Hold BPSS clearance and be SC Cleared.Candidates must be legally authorized to live and work in the country where the position is based, without requiring employer sponsorship.HelloKindred is committed to fair, transparent, and inclusive hiring practices.
