About this role
Accountabilities:: You will lead marketing strategy and execution across consumer and trade audiences, ensuring that campaigns deliver measurable business results while strengthening brand positioning and customer relationships. Own performance marketing strategy, budget allocation, and optimization across Google Ads, Meta, affiliate programs, and other paid acquisition channels, prioritizing gross profit after variable costs. Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the B2B trade program, attracting and retaining high-value interior designers, architects, and hospitality clients in partnership with the sales team. Manage the overall marketing budget, vendor relationships, agency partnerships, contracts, and renewals. Integrate creative development with performance marketing by briefing campaigns, structuring creative tests, analyzing results, and applying insights to improve outcomes. Experience owning a marketing budget or P&L and partnering with finance on forecasting, contribution margin, and profitability-driven investment decisions. Strong understanding of how creative strategy influences performance, including the ability to develop briefs, structure experiments, and interpret creative testing results. A strong eye for design, branding, and product storytelling, with the ability to distinguish compelling creative from ineffective messaging. Comfort working with marketing analytics and measurement tools, including GA4 and BigQuery or comparable platforms. Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop a small team while coordinating external agencies and business partners. A builder's mindset, with the ability to introduce structure, establish priorities, and remain hands-on in a lean, fast-moving environment. Experience in home furnishings, furniture, or design-led retail is a plus. Familiarity with Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing, as well as Instagram and Pinterest for organic social media, is advantageous.
