Now’s the time to imagine your potential in a team where experts come together and ignite effective change.Are you someone who can:Ensure client frontline engagement to drive sales of Secondary Agriculture and Supply Chain Finance solutions by acquiring, executing, retaining and expanding business to achieve sales targets through the execution of a defined origination and sales plan, originating and structuring dealsDevelop, encourage and nurture collaborative relationships across the FirstRand GroupPrevent wastage, and on an ongoing basis identify process improvements to contain and reduce costsDeliver internal and external customer service excellence through adherence to quality service standardsBuild and maintain professional working relationships with all stakeholders, displaying excellent abilities to initiate dialogue, listen, advise, influence and negotiate to achieve win-win outcomesAnalyse and interpret Financial Statements to determine deal structuresCompile and present specialist credit reports and term sheetsConsider risks related to the deals and obtain credit approval from relevant forumsInitiate meetings with key stakeholders to track progress, manage expectations to ensure stakeholders' requirements are deliveredProvide input into legal documentation and ensure that all processes are completed leading up to the closure of the deal.You will be an ideal candidate if you:Have a minimum of Matric/Grade 12 with a post-Matric qualification (preferred: Bachelor’s degree)Have 5 years’ credit and deal structuring experience within the financial services and/or banking industryHave good presentation skills as the successful candidate is expected to present suitable structures to a client and bank (including credit)Are skilled at negotiating and closing structured finance deals, often focusing on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and crafting winning strategies to achieve favorable terms for both the client and the bankHave knowledge or exposure to secondary agriculture (grain) and/or supply chain finance (advantageous)You will have access to:Opportunities to network and collaborateA challenging working environmentOpportunities to innovate We can be a match if you are:Adaptable and curiousAble to interpret financial statements.Thrive in a collaborative environment.Apply now if you are interested in taking the next step.
