We offer a market related, Total Remuneration Package which allows full flexibility according to your needs, a great work environment and a promise that you won’t be bored as long as you are prepared for a challenge and want to build something great.</p> <p>This position reports to the: <strong>Partnership Marketing Manager</strong></p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></p> <p>Partnership Support & Execution:</p> <ul> <li>Support the Partnership Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of partnership strategies aligned with marketing and business objectives.</li> <li>Assist in researching potential partnership opportunities through basic market analysis and competitor research.</li> <li>Help collate data and materials to support partnership evaluations, including audience alignment and campaign impact assessments.</li> </ul> <p>Campaign Management & Coordination:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the execution of partnership campaigns from briefing through to completion, ensuring deliverables are tracked and met on time.</li> <li>Coordinate with internal teams (creative, content, digital) and external partners under the guidance of the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager to support seamless campaign delivery.</li> <li>Maintain and update campaign timelines and trackers, flagging risks or delays to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.</li> <li>Support the creation of campaign briefs and assist with creative direction for partnership initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Relationship Management:</p> <ul> <li>Act as a supporting day-to-day contact for assigned partners, maintaining regular communication under the direction of the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.</li> <li>Schedule and coordinate partnership meetings, calls, and check-ins, preparing agendas and capturing actions.</li> </ul> <p>Performance Tracking & Reporting:</p> <ul> <li>Assist in monitoring partnership campaign performance against defined KPIs and metrics.</li> <li>Compile weekly and monthly performance reports and contribute to analysis on campaign effectiveness.</li> <li>Support budget tracking and reconciliation for partnership activities, flagging discrepancies to the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager.</li> <li>Help maintain accurate and up-to-date operational reporting.</li> </ul> <p>Administrative & Operational Support:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and update partnership databases, trackers, and documentation.</li> <li>Provide administrative support for contract and partnership agreement management.</li> <li>Help coordinate partnership events, activations, and promotional activities.</li> <li>Assist with purchase order processing and budget administration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualification & Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.</li> <li>1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally with some exposure to partnerships, sponsorships, events, or collaborative marketing.</li> <li>Some experience supporting campaign management or cross-functional project coordination.</li> <li>Comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint;
