We are looking for an independent thinker, with a can-do-spirit to be a part of the journey to unlock growth for this iconic brand. You will lead projects, develop through-the-line launch plans, manage activations, and implement impactful brand campaigns. If this is what you are looking for, then this role is just for you! WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BESupport the development and execution of the brand growth strategy.Lead and support innovation projects, including new product, pack and format opportunities.Develop and execute integrated brand campaigns in partnership with creative and media agencies.Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective delivery against agreed plans.Support brand planning and translate consumer and market insights into actionable initiatives.Identify opportunities to grow the core business while exploring future growth opportunities.Manage and support the brand’s digital and eCommerce strategy.Work closely with cross-functional teams including Customer Development, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Consumer & Market Insights, Research & Development and Finance.Monitor brand and business performance to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities. WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEEDExperiences & QualificationsDegree in Marketing, Business and / or Commerce3–5 years’ experience in FMCG or a related environment, with experience in Marketing, Brand Management and/or Digital Marketing SkillsStrong ownership and growth mindset, with a proactive, self-starter approach.Project and innovation management, and business acumenStrong numeracy skills and budget management skills.Ability to deliver operationally, while thinking ahead of the long-term growth strategyCross-functional relationship managementConsumer and customer focus – curiosity, ability to uncover relevant insights and translate these into actionable plansA strong passion for growing brands and delivering purpose-led marketing, with the consumer always top of mindUnilever behavioursCARE DEEPLY: We care deeply about how consumers experience our brands every day, everywhere; about our people’s growth and development and our impact on the planet.
