Provide ongoing technical support and guidance.</li> <li>Work proactively to identify opportunities for process enhancements through technology, contributing to increased efficiency in warehouse operations.</li> <li>Maintain accurate documentation of systems, incidents, resolutions, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and continuous learning.</li> <li>Analyzes and evaluates the technical performance and reliability of products, systems, and services against identified industry standards to ensure customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Implements technical service restorations and troubleshooting procedures for identifying, testing and diagnosing computer system and peripheral equipment faults.</li> <li>Implements and coordinates standards, procedures, processes, and daily activities for the operations group.</li> <li>Supports new technologies, data center performance and reliability.</li> <li>Provides input and recommendations regarding business continuity issues and improvements to the operations of systems and processes supported.</li> <li>Investigates business requirements and proposes subsequent solutions.</li> <li>Ensures optimal availability of related systems, e.g., content production applications portfolio, in order to meet the contracted service levels for 2nd and 3rd level support.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Minimum Required Qualification:</strong></p> <ul> <li>National diploma in Information Technology or equivalent experience</li> <li>3-5 years of experience in IT application support, preferably within a logistics or warehouse environment.</li> <li>Familiarity with ITIL processes and best practices.</li> </ul> <p>Advantageous:</p> <ul> <li>A+, N+, Active Directory</li> <li>WMS experience </li> <li>Microsoft Infrastructure</li> <li>Google Cloud</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li> <li>Excellent Interpersonal skills</li> <li>Problem-solving skills</li> <li>Analytical thinking</li> <li>Pressure resilience</li> <li>Results orientation</li> <li>Creative thinking</li> <li>Teamwork</li> </ul> <div><strong>Let’s talk about life @ Takealot Group</strong></div> <ul> <li><strong>No doors</strong>: We aren’t fans of stuffy offices or siloed work environments.
