What We're Looking For: The successful candidate will be someone who: ● Has experience in investment operations, wealth management, financial services, RIA operations, client servicing, or a similar environment● Has experience working with investment accounts, custodians, or financial administration● Is highly detail-oriented and takes pride in the quality of their work● Can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy● Has excellent written and verbal communication skills● Is confident identifying missing information and following up with the relevant person● Is comfortable communicating with external organisations and custodian support teams● Can follow established processes while also recognising opportunities to improve them● Is proactive and willing to speak up when there is a problem● Works well independently while remaining a strong team player Experience With:: Experience with any of the following would be highly advantageous:● Charles Schwab● Fidelity● Raymond James● Black Diamond● Orion● RIA or wealth management platforms● Investment account administration● Client account opening and maintenance
