Accountabilities:: Configure, customize, maintain, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions in line with evolving business requirements. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, queries, views, workflows, approval processes, knowledge bases, and customer service portal capabilities. Extend Dynamics 365 functionality using approved technologies, including .NET Framework and JavaScript frameworks such as React or jQuery where applicable. Provide Tier III technical and analytical support to helpdesk teams and government end users, including troubleshooting, configuration assistance, training, and issue resolution. Investigate production issues, trace root causes, and work across application, identity, integration, and data dependencies to resolve complex problems. Configure Dynamics CRM organizations and support application release management, deployment, troubleshooting, and production readiness. Integrate Dynamics 365 with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity services, Exchange Online, and other enterprise systems as required. Participate in unit, system, interoperability, regression, and user-focused testing before production deployment. Support Agile development and CI/CD practices, including source and configuration management and controlled deployments using tools such as Jira, GitHub Enterprise, and/or Azure DevOps Server. Support access, permissions, configuration management, and security lifecycle activities in accordance with agency standards. Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, FAQs, procedures, training materials, and other support resources. Provide user training and support sessions while identifying opportunities to improve usability, processes, adoption, and platform capabilities. Collaborate with development, maintenance, helpdesk, government, and Microsoft platform teams to translate user needs into practical configuration and development solutions. Requirements At least 4 years of relevant professional experience, including hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and/or Microsoft Power Platform. Strong experience configuring, customizing, supporting, and troubleshooting Microsoft Dynamics 365 within an enterprise environment. Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including business processes, reports, dashboards, views, queries, workflows, and approval processes. Development experience extending Dynamics 365 using .NET Framework and JavaScript; familiarity with React and/or jQuery is relevant. Experience supporting application releases, deployments, testing, troubleshooting, and production environments. Ability to work with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, identity and authentication services, and enterprise integration dependencies. Experience creating clear technical and user documentation and working directly with end users to diagnose issues, explain solutions, and provide training. Working knowledge of Agile development, source control, CI/CD practices, and controlled application deployment. Experience with Dynamics 365 Government, Power Platform Government, or another regulated Microsoft cloud environment is preferred. Experience supporting federal civilian or DHS systems and formal security and change-control processes is an advantage. Familiarity with Azure services such as Entra ID, Microsoft Graph API, Azure Service Bus, Azure Functions, or related integration capabilities is desirable. Experience with SharePoint integration, customer service portals, knowledge bases, and enterprise document-management workflows is a plus. Understanding of UI/UX and user-centered design principles for enterprise business applications. Current Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and/or Azure are preferred. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and customer-support skills. Ability to balance planned enhancement work with responsive Tier III support and changing priorities. Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain the required DHS clearance; an existing DHS clearance is preferred. Benefits Estimated salary range of $80,000–$120,000, with actual compensation dependent on experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual requirements.
