You'll be joining a team powered by Takealot Group's core values. </p> <p><strong>Your responsibilities will include</strong></p> <ul> <li>Monitor and correct Drivers Profiles in line with SOP.</li> <li>Provide input on SOP reviews.</li> <li>Conduct audits on all compliance documents.</li> <li>Capture the driver's details on Driver Verification Control Spreadsheet (Excel).</li> <li>Attend to the Driver Transfer mailbox and action transfer requests.</li> <li>Turn-off IC Drivers with expired documents and E-Learning.</li> <li>Send weekly emails to hubs informing them of expired documents and e-learning.</li> <li>Accurately compile verification stats on the assigned Monthly Recruitment & Verification letter and submit to relevant stakeholders i.e. Franchisee, Hub recruiter, FM & FCC.</li> <li>Action all verification requests via the Zendesk ticketing system.</li> <li>Complete daily reports on performance (Verification & Clean up).</li> <li>Take responsibility for matters and work assigned.</li> <li>Attend weekly team meetings timeously.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Attributes required:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Exceptional organizational and compliance and administrative skills.</li> <li>Have a keen eye and attention to detail.</li> <li>Must be able to work under pressure and high workloads from time to time.</li> <li>Must be able to think outside of the box and be proactive in your approach to your responsibilities.</li> <li>A Solutions-oriented and attention to detail – qualitatively (written SOP’s and email structure) and quantitatively (charts and tables)</li> <li>Strong analytical and critical thinking, using data to interpret and inform decisions that are pragmatic and operationally practical.</li> <li>Ability to present ideas succinctly, in writing and verbally.</li> <li>Versatile and with an appetite to learn from the experience of others and independently through experimentation and research.</li> <li>Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, but also maintain a focus on ranked priorities with the highest strategic impact.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Matric</li> <li>1 – 2 Years Audit / Document Management Experience</li> <li>KYC & AML experience</li> <li>Must be knowledgeable on Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace</li> <li>Knows how to work under pressure</li> <li>Works well in a team</li> <li>Must be computer literate.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Why Join TFS:</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Purpose-driven impact</strong>: Transform lives through logistics innovation</li> <li><strong>Advanced technology: </strong>Work with cutting-edge systems in a fast-paced environment</li> <li><strong>Career growth: </strong>Thrive in an agile space that champions continuous improvement</li> <li><strong>Inclusive culture</strong>: Your unique perspective drives extraordinary results</li> </ul> <p>At TFS, your growth is our growth.
