Experience leading and developing product, program, or technical product professionals while establishing accountability across multiple delivery teams. Strong commercial and product judgment, with the ability to connect customer experience, business models, technology capabilities, operational constraints, and financial outcomes. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisions across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, Business Applications, Legal, and Operations without relying solely on direct authority.
