To work closely with the staff members, Store Manager, personnel, and appropriate corporate contacts resulting in the aggressive growth and development of the Lindt Brand.Key ResponsibilitiesStore OperationsAssist with the daily operations of Lindt retail BoutiqueUphold the values of exemplary customer service through modeling of behavior and establishing appropriate guidelinesMonitor sales daily with a goal to maximize store profitability without sacrificing customer serviceTimely ordering of merchandise and supplies with focus on overall inventory management and loss preventionDaily paperwork and accounting, and other store administration.Develop and grow Corporate Sales business and strategyDevelop and utilize full knowledge of all products and sales information with a constant focus on achieving sales goals while controlling expensesMaintain high standards for cleanliness and food/product safety.Open and close the Boutique according to shift planConduct monthly reports as required by Head OfficeMarketingSeek out local marketing opportunities and support corporate marketing initiativesImplement local marketing initiatives driven by the Marketing departmentCompliance with price changes and corporate merchandising initiativesMaintain store merchandising presentation to company standardsKnowledge, Skills & Experience2-4 years retail management experienceTertiary education preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsFamiliar with social media channelsStrong time management habitsA self-starter with an ability to work both independently and as a team memberExcellent attention to detail, organizational and excellent multi-tasking skillsComputer literacy in Microsoft, Excel and OutlookExperience in merchandising and presentation of premium products along with highly developed customer service and selling skillsSales oriented, able to develop and build businessA talent for sales and sellingA passion of chocolate!FriendlyOutgoingProactive
