Adapt coaching sessions to each learner’s professional background, objectives, technical capabilities, and specific analytical challenges. Provide practical feedback and troubleshooting guidance to help learners improve their AI-enabled analytical workflows. Help learners understand how AI can support better insights, reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making. Conduct virtual coaching sessions and contribute to a practical, engaging, high-impact learning experience. Stay current with AI tools, analytics technologies, data workflows, visualization solutions, and emerging applications of AI in analytical work. Requirements Professional experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science, reporting, or another closely related analytical discipline. Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI to improve analytical processes, efficiency, insights, reporting, or decision-making. Strong knowledge of data analysis, reporting, forecasting, dashboarding, visualization, or related analytical workflows. Experience applying AI to practical data and analytics use cases, with the ability to explain how these technologies can be used effectively. Familiarity with relevant AI, analytics, data visualization, automation, or business intelligence tools and technologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data and business questions into practical solutions. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and provide actionable guidance to professionals with different levels of technical expertise. Strong communication, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills. Ability to adapt coaching sessions to different industries, professional backgrounds, and analytical objectives. Comfortable working independently in a flexible, fully remote contract environment. Demonstrated curiosity and adaptability as AI and data technologies continue to evolve.
